I come from a systems and software background, where the goal is to make messy processes predictable. While working around real-world operations, it became clear that many trade-based industries were still running on guesswork, calendars, and crossed fingers. The technology existed—it just wasn't built for how these jobs actually work. Rivio started as an attempt to apply practical systems to places where things usually get noticed only after they break. The goal is simple tools that reduce noise, prevent surprises, and quietly do their job without needing constant attention.
