Do I have to remove my Garnet SeeLeveL system?
No. Rivio installs alongside your existing Garnet gauge. The driver keeps their in-cab display, and your office team gets a cloud dashboard with remote visibility.
What types of trucks does Rivio work on?
Septic pump trucks, grease trap trucks, wastewater haulers, portable restroom service trucks, industrial vacuum trucks, crude oil tankers — any liquid transport vehicle.
Does Rivio require WiFi or an ELD system?
No. Rivio has built-in LTE cellular. Each truck unit connects to the cloud independently — no WiFi hotspot, no ELD integration, no driver phone tethering.
Can Rivio detect when my truck is pumping?
Yes. Rivio automatically detects vacuum (collecting) and discharge (dumping) pump modes. Each event is logged with time, location, duration, and estimated gallons.
How is Rivio different from adding the SeeLeveL Access portal?
The SeeLeveL Access (T-DP0301) forwards data to ELD systems. Rivio gives you a dedicated fleet dashboard built for tank operations — with GPS tracking, pump detection, dispatch alerts, and job reporting built in.
What if I have both the Annihilator (806) and Special (808)?
